Each coaching session typically lasts 60 minutes. However, the duration can be adjusted based on your specific needs and the program you are enrolled in.
All coaching programs are primarily one-on-one to provide personalized attention and support. However, I occasionally offer group workshops and webinars on specific topics.
Life happens, and I understand that you might need to reschedule or cancel a session. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to avoid a cancellation fee. We can then find a more suitable time for your session.
