What is Dear Girl with Alice about?

An educational and motivational youtube channel for women focusing on mental health, welness, and finding your path in life. I share personal stories, research, and interviews with women who have faced and overcome mental health & seemingly unsurmountable life challenges. A treasure trove of insights as a complementary resource to my coaching programs.

How do I book a session with you?

You can book a coaching session by filling out the contact form on this website or by using my Calendly link. We will then schedule a time that works for you.

What can I expect during the first session?

During the first session, we will discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. This helps me understand your needs and allows us to create a personalized plan tailored to your journey.

How long does each coaching session last?

Each coaching session typically lasts 60 minutes. However, the duration can be adjusted based on your specific needs and the program you are enrolled in.

Are the coaching programs one-on-one or group sessions?

All coaching programs are primarily one-on-one to provide personalized attention and support. However, I occasionally offer group workshops and webinars on specific topics.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?

Life happens, and I understand that you might need to reschedule or cancel a session. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to avoid a cancellation fee. We can then find a more suitable time for your session.

About Me

Dear girl, I understand the struggles you face. I’ve been through them myself.

  • Rock Bottom #1: Emigrating from a communist country at age 7, I faced bullying and felt out of place.
  • Rock Bottom #2: Surviving kidnapping and rape in Iraq, the Syrian war, and standing up for a rape victim in the Kurdistan Parliament taught me true courage.
  • Rock Bottom #3: Losing my business and identity to a scam involving a trusted partner, only to rebuild myself stronger.
  • Rock Bottom #4: Overcoming burnout, an arrest, and isolation in California, finding purpose again through writing.

These experiences have taught me that you must break to rebuild. Together, we’ll piece together the fragments of your life, helping you find your purpose and live fully.

Talking about anorexia

Dear Girl, I talk about mental health, starting with eating disorders like anorexia. Many women and girls struggle in silence with their mental health conditions, and without adequate support.
